Web deployment is the preferred method for obtaining the latest software. The HP Web site offers an option for automatic e-mail notification about new software releases. The HP Color LaserJet CP2020 Series printer printing-system software is available for download at the following Web site: www.hp.com/go/ljcp2020series_software In-box printing-system software CDs The software CD for the HP Color LaserJet CP2020 Series printer contains a variety of files for installing the printing-system software on the computer. The HP Color LaserJet CP2020 Series printing-system software CD is divided into two partitions, one for each of the following operating platforms: ● MS Windows ● Macintosh Each partition includes the necessary software and files that are required to install and uninstall the printing-system components.
