Migrating from SCO OpenServer™ 5.0.5 to UnixWare® 7.1 Using Compaq SmartStart v4.23 17 System Partition Tips SmartStart automatically creates your System Partition at this time. The partition is approximately 40 MB. You can use the rest of the disk to install UnixWare 7.1 or you can partition your disk (up to four). See the SCO UnixWare 7.1 Installation Guide for more details. Your utilities run faster when executed from the System Partition. diagnostics. A word of caution: Creating a boot partition will remove all data on the hard disk.
