New releases of drivers and utilities flow through the various distribution channels at different rates; the version of a driver downloaded from one source may be older than one from a different source--even from the most recent EFS. The drivers in one version may even be incompatible with the drivers in the next release. Create EFS Diskettes If you have verified that the latest drivers and utilities reside on the web, download the files to a Windows-based system and create four diskettes: Compaq HBA, Compaq EFS #1, Compaq EFS #2, and Compaq Documentation. Read the text file instructions that accompany the software and follow the instruction guidelines.
