6. Using a long cotton swab that is saturated with isopropyl alcohol, clean the front and back slit by inserting the swab into the opening from the user side of the printer. CAUTION: Insert the swab from the input side to keep from pushing debris into the slits. Insert the swab moving from the input-side toward the output-side direction.
