Selection of Site Personnel Depending on the complexity of the computer system, the customer is responsible for selecting a Site Coordinator, Principal Operator, and a Site Planning Team. Depending on customer requirements, the Principal Operator may or may not perform all of these tasks. In some installations there may be two or three people assigned to the various "operator" responsibilities.
