OPERATION 5. Move the steering controls outward to the locked (outer) neutral position. Place controls in neutral position 6. Move the throttle lever to the full throttle position. NOTE: There is a detent at the full throttle position to aid in setting the control. If the temperature is below 32OF, move the throttle lever up to the cold weather (snowflake) starting position. When the engine has started, move the throttle lever back to full throttle detent and allow the engine to warm up for a short period before operating the unit.
