Pressing the Access key while logged in will log you out of this machine. Press this key to display the Main Menu. The Main Menu displays shortcut keys assigned to selected functions, enabling you to quickly access a desired function. For details on the main menu, refer to page 3-16. Press this key to reset the settings you entered or changed on the Control Panel. Press this key to temporarily stop an active copy, scan, or print job. • To restart, press the Start key. • To delete, select a target job in the currently stopped screen, then tap [Delete]. Press this key to start an operation such as copying, scanning, faxing, or printing. • Lights up blue: This machine is ready to start operating. • Lights up orange: This machine is not ready to start operating. If this indicator lamp lights up orange, check whether any warning or message is displayed on the Touch Panel. Flashes or lights up to indicate the data receiving status on this machine. • Flash in blue: Receiving a data. • Lights up blue: Accumulating data. Press each key to switch the display of the Touch Panel to a function assigned to a Register key. • By default, Register key 1 is assigned to [Enlarge Display], 2 to [Guidance], 3 to [10 Keypad], and 4 to [Preview]. • A function to be assigned to a Register key can be changed to suit your environment. For details, refer to [Control Panel] in the User's Guide CD. Press this key to switch this machine to the Power Save mode. For details on how to use the Power key, refer to page 3-7. Access
Press this key to perform authentication in the Login screen if user au-

Reset
Press this key to reset the settings you entered or changed on the

Stop
Press this key to temporarily stop an active copy, scan, or print job.
To restart, press the

key.

Lights up blue: This machine is ready to start operating.
Lights up orange: This machine is not ready to start operating.
