7.5 Restricting users of this machine (NDS over TCP/IP) 7 7.5.3 [General Settings] In the administrator mode of PageScope Web Connection, select [User Auth/Account Track] ö [General Settings]. Reference - This menu item will not be displayed when PageScope Authentication Manager is used for authenti- cation. Item [User Authentication] [Public User Access] [Account Track] [Synchronize User Authentication & Account Track] Description Select [ON (External Server)]. Prior check Select whether to allow the public user access. If [ON (With Login)] is selected, the public user can use this machine by selecting [Public User Access] in the login page to log in to the machine. If [ON (Without Login)] is selected, the public user can use this machine without logging in to the machine in the login page. To enable account track, select [ON]. To select [ON], specify the authentication method first, and then register accounts in [Account Track Settings]. To synchronize user authentication with account track and manage users for each account track, select [Synchronize]. To synchronize, specify the account name when logging in for the first time.
