1.5 Available operations in Administrator mode 1 [Authentication] - [Account Track List] To display: Administrator mode - [Security] - [Authentication] - [Account Track List] (This menu is displayed when selecting [On] in Administrator mode - [Security] - [Authentication] - [General Settings] - [Account Track].) Displays the list of accounts registered on this machine. You can register, edit, or delete accounts. To register or edit accounts, specify the following information. Item [No.] [Account Name] [Password] [Output Permission (Print)] [Output Permission (Scan)] [Max. Allowance Set] [Counter] Description Account registration number. The smallest available number that is not used is automatically assigned. Enter the account name to log in to this machine (using ASCII characters of up to 8 bytes, excluding spaces and ").
