Turn off the computer and wait three to five minutes to let the computer cool before opening the computer cover. This section provides instructions on how to remove the cover. To remove the cover, do the following: 1. Shut down the operating system, remove any media (DVDs, CDs, or tapes) from the drives, and turn off all attached devices. 2.
