Media fails to pass thru from the lower attached Paper Tray option to the next higher mounted option. Symptom Table - Duplex Unit Symptom Action • Paper feed problem with Duplex. • Paper jams at Paper Removal Tray. • Paper skews in the Duplex Unit. • Paper fails to pass from lower option thru the Duplex Unit. Go to the "Duplex Unit Service Check" on page 2-45. Symptom Table - Envelope Feeder Symptom Envelopes do not feed from the envelope feeder. Envelopes do not feed properly into base printer.
