Arguments for one-dimensional bar codes Key Type Definition /Symbology name Required See "Values for /Symbology key" on page 73 for valid values. /Units - Optional Default value is 1/600 inch. Other valid values are 1/300, 1/1200, and 1/720 inch, which also applies to height and width units for any one-dimensional symbology. /Height integer Optional In /Units; the default value is based on the symbology, see "Values for /Symbology key" on page 73. /QuietZone [int int] Optional In /Units; the default value is [150 150]. /Bars [int int int int] Optional In /Units; the default value is based on the symbology, see "Values for /Symbology key" on page 73. /Spaces [num num num num] Optional In /Units; the default value is based on the symbology, see "Values for /Symbology key" on page 73. /EmbedText name or [name name] Optional The default is based on the symbology, see "Values for /EmbedText key" on page 76. [array] is used by ISSN and ISBN only. /FontName name Optional See "Values for /FontName key" on page 76. The default value is Courier-Bold. /Pitch [int] Optional This is used only by PostNet5, PostNet9, and PostNet11 bar codes. Allowed values are 20 through 24. Values less than 20 result in a pitch of 20, values greater than 24 result in a pitch of 24.
