Step 5: Click Download under Firmware to download the latest firmware of your hotspot. NOTE: If the current firmware version of your hotspot matches the one found online, upgrading is not necessary. Step 6: Click Save in the File Download dialog box that appears, choose an accessible directory such as the Desktop and click Save. Once the download is complete, click Close, if prompted.
