Personal Organizer Week View The Week view shows your schedule for the specified week. This view allows you to get a quick indication of your free and busy time, and allows you to create an appointment at a selected time easily. The Week view displays the hours from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. in onehour increments by default on the left side of the screen. You can press Up or Down to show the hours before or after those on the screen. Note: If you press Up or Down and leave Week view, the hours last shown will be displayed the next time you return to Week view. To view appointments for the week 1 On the Home screen, press Programs (a), select Calendar, and then press Action (A). 2 Press Menu (b), select Week View, and then press Action (A). 101
