Setting Phone Alert Style via the External Display Your phone rings or vibrates to notify you of an incoming call or other event. This ring or vibration is called an alert. With the flip closed: 1 Press the volume keys up or down to scroll to Style. 2 Press the smart/speakerphone key to select a highlighted alert style. 3 Press the volume keys up or down to return to the home screen.
