Router Statistics Fields Field WAN, LAN, or Serial Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collisions Tx B/s Rx B/s Up Time ADSL Link Downstream or Upstream Connection Speed Description The statistics for the WAN (Internet), LAN (local), and Serial ports. For each port, the screen displays: The link status of the port. The number of packets transmitted on this port since reset or manual clear. The number of packets received on this port since reset or manual clear. The number of collisions on this port since reset or manual clear. The current line utilization-percentage of current bandwidth used on this port. The average line utilization for this port. The time elapsed since the last power cycle or reset. The statistics for the upstream and downstream ADSL link. These statistics will be of interest to your technical support representative if you are having problems obtaining or maintaining a connection. WAN, LAN, or
Serial Port
The statistics for the WAN (Internet), LAN (local), and Serial ports. For each port, the
screen displays:
Status
The link status of the port.
TxPkts
The number of packets transmitted on this port since reset or manual clear.
RxPkts
The number of packets received on this port since reset or manual clear.
Collisions
The number of collisions on this port since reset or manual clear.
Tx B/s
The current line utilization—percentage of current bandwidth used on this port.
Rx B/s
The average line utilization for this port.
Up Time
The time elapsed since the last power cycle or reset.
ADSL Link
Downstream or
Upstream
The statistics for the upstream and downstream ADSL link. These statistics will be of
interest to your technical support representative if you are having problems obtaining
or maintaining a connection.
Connection
