Shooting Continuously at High Speed (Sport Continuous) Shooting in Sport Continuous Mode Sport continuous mode allows rapid, continuous shooting while you press and hold the shutter-release button fully. With continuous shooting, instantaneous movements in moving subjects can be captured clearly. • The shutter speed is set automatically within the range of 1/4,000 to 1/15 s. • The ISO sensitivity is set automatically within the range of ISO 640 to 3200. • The image mode will be change to M Normal (2048) or smaller. • The focus, exposure, and white balance settings are fixed at the values for the first picture in each series. 1 Display the shooting-mode selection menu by pressing the A button in shooting mode, and use the rotary multi selector to choose Smile the third icon from the top. 2 Press K, choose d Sport continuous and press the k button. • The shooting mode will be changed to sport continuous mode. Sport continuous Shooting Continuously at High Speed (Sport Continuous) 3 Press the d button and choose a continuous shooting type. • See "Sport Continuous menu" (A49) for more information. • Once configuration is done press the d button to return to the shooting screen. Pressing the shutterrelease button will also return you to the shooting screen. 4 Frame the subject and shoot. • Focus on the center of the frame. Press the shutterrelease button halfway down to lock focus and exposure. • While the shutter-release button is held down, up to 20 pictures can be taken.
