Limit service of the appliance to the procedures described in this chapter. Caution Protect your IP150 appliance and other electronic equipment from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage by making sure you are properly grounded before you touch any component. Replacing the Compact Flash Memory Card In the hard-disk based IP150 appliances, the compact flash card stores only the boot manager; and the Nokia IPSO operating system and Check Point application are stored on the hard-disk drive. Use the internal compact flash to boot the system and install the Nokia IPSO operating system on the disk.
