The CROSS TRAINING, HILL & VALLEY, and INTERVAL programs are 20 minutes long with 3-minute cool-down periods; the MARATHON program is 28 minutes long with a 1-minute cool-down period; the RANDOM program will last for 60 minutes, but can be stopped at any time.
