9. Item (-) button. Press briefly to scroll backward to the previous menu item. 10. Online button. Press to switch between online and offline status. NOTE When pressed in Menu mode, the Online button returns the printer to ONLINE status. When pressed with DATA PRESENT displayed, it forces the printer to print out the remaining data in the printer. Also when there is an error indicating wrong paper size, pressing the Online button forces the printer to print. MENU FUNCTIONS This section summarizes the menus accessed via the menu control panel and displayed in the LCD panel. The printer menu settings can be seen collectively on a printed Menu Map. (For details of how to print a Menu Map, see the next section.) It should be noted that many of these settings can be, and often are, overridden by settings made in the printer drivers. However, several of the driver settings can be left at "Printer Setting", which will then default to the settings entered in these printer menus.
