Focusing Selecting a focusing area (AF MODE) Use the procedure below to select the area used for focusing on the subject. NORMAL : In this mode, the camera looks at almost the entire screen and automatically selects the subject to be used for focusing. Use this mode for normal photography. (Default setting) SPOT : In this mode, the camera focuses on the center of the object in the AF target mark in the viewfinder. Focusing
Selecting a focusing area (AF MODE)
Use the procedure below to select the area used for focusing on the subject.
NORMAL
: In this mode, the camera looks at almost the entire screen and
automatically selects the subject to be used for focusing. Use
this mode for normal photography. (Default setting)
SPOT
: In this mode, the camera focuses on the center of the object in
the AF target mark in the viewfinder.
Press the
(Menu) button.
The menu screen appears.
Use

on the
