Connecting and Disconnecting the Battery and the Power Cable Connecting the Battery 1 Slide in the battery until it clicks into place. Connecting the Power Cable 1 Connect the AC power supply cable to the AC adapter, and then connect the power plug to a wall outlet. 2 Slide in the DC power supply cable plate until it clicks into place.
