DAYLIGHT-SYNC SHOOTING 4 Purpose In daylight conditions, when a portrait picture is taken with a person's face cast in shadow, discharging the flash will eliminate the shadow. 1. Depress the red-eye reduction flash button to delete Rev from the LCD panel. 2. Confirm either the built-in or external flash is fully charged. 3. Take a picture. Without Daylight-Sync • If the background is too bright, it may be overexposed. • When taking a daylight-sync photograph with [am displayed on the LCD panel, the flash may not discharge.
