HOW TO USE THE ELLIPTICAL HOW TO MOVE THE ELLIPTICAL HOW TO LEVEL THE ELLIPTICAL Due to the size and weight of the elliptical, moving it requires two persons. Stand in front of the elliptical, hold the upright, and place one foot against one of the wheels. Pull on the upright and have a second person lift the handle until the elliptical will roll on the wheels. Carefully move the elliptical to the desired location, and then lower it to the floor. If the elliptical rocks slightly on your floor during use, turn one or both of the leveling feet beneath the rear of the frame until the rocking motion is eliminated. Leveling Feet HOW TO CHANGE THE INCLINE OF THE RAMP Pull on the upright To vary the motion of the pedals, you can change the incline of the ramp. To raise the ramp, simply pull the ramp handle upward to the desired incline level. Lift here Place your foot here Ramp Handle Latch Button Ramp To lower the ramp, press the latch button, pull the ramp handle, and lower the ramp to the desired incline level. Then, release the latch button and engage the latch pin into one of the adjustment holes in the frame. Make sure that the latch pin is firmly engaged in one of the adjustment holes in the frame. 16
