40. Insert a 1/4" x 3 3/4" Carriage Bolt (43) into each Backrest Plate (27). Attach the Backrest Plates to the Backrest (41) with four 1/4" x 3/4" Bolts (17). 40 71 25 17 27 43 41 Attach the Backrest (41) to the Main Upright (3) with the two 1/4" x 3 3/4" Carriage Bolts (43), two 1/4" Washers (71), and two 1/4" Nylon Locknuts (25).
