CF card is not recognized by BrightSign (HD2000 only) If BrightSign doesn't see any content on your CF card, that card may not be compatible with BrightSign or there might be a bent pin in the CF card slot. 1 Check the CF slot for a bent pin. 2 Reformat your CF card in FAT32 format. 3 Try a different brand and/or size card. USB keyboard is not responding BrightSign works with many brands of USB keyboards. 1 Disconnect the keyboard from BrightSign and reconnect it. 2 Connect your keyboard to BrightSign using a USB hub. 3 Try a different USB keyboard. If BrightSign doesn’t see any content on your CF card, that card may not be compatible with
BrightSign or there might be a bent pin in the CF card slot.

USB keyboard is not responding
BrightSign works with many brands of USB keyboards.

and add the

keyword to the top of the interactive playlist.
