10 Troubleshooting General problems Problem Description & Solution "Invalid or missing SIM card. Emergency call only" displays Check that the SIM card has been correctly installed. "No network coverage," "Error unable to connect. No network coverage." or "Message sending failed" displays • The network connection has been lost. You may be in a weak signal area (in a tunnel or surrounded by buildings). Move and try again. • You are trying to access an option for which you have not taken out a subscription with your service provider. Contact the service provider for further details. The bars next to disappear • If you have just turned on your phone, wait about 2 minutes, until your phone finds the network and receives a signal from the network. • If you are in a tunnel or in an elevator, the phone may not be able to receive the network signal properly. Move to an open place. • This may appear when you move between different service areas. It is normal. The display is not clear In direct sunlight, you may not see the display clearly. Moving to a place with different lighting should solve this problem. 202
