Assigning a Contact to a Group You can assign a group name to your entries to help sort them. The preset group names in your phone are: • Friends • Family • Colleagues • VIP • My Group To associate an existing number in your Contacts with a group: 1. Press the left softkey for MENU. 2. Press for Contacts. 3. Press for Groups. 4. Select the desired entry and press . 5. Press the left softkey for Options followed by for Add. 6. Select a Contact and press . 7. Scroll through the Contact entry to select a phone number or e-mail address and press . If the Contact has more than one number or address, choose the preferred number or address.
