Bluetooth Bluetooth® is a short-range wireless communications technology capable of exchanging information over a distance of about 30 feet without requiring a physical connection. Unlike infrared, you don't need to line up the devices to beam information with Bluetooth®. If the devices are within a range of one another, you can exchange information between them, even if they are located in different rooms. Adding New Devices 1. Press the left softkey for MENU. 2. Press for Settings. 3. Press for Bluetooth. 4. Press for Trusted Devices. 5. Select Add New. 6. Select Search. 7. A list of Bluetooth devices is displayed. Highlight a device and select Add to list. To access Bluetooth option settings: 1. Press the left softkey for MENU. 2. Press for Settings. 3. Press for Bluetooth. 4. Select an option to change: • for Enable: Select On or Off to enable or disable Bluetooth support. • for Visibility: Select Visible for 1min to let other devices search for your phone; otherwise, select Hidden. 88 Phone Settings
