Remove the Seat Post Adjustment Knob and Seat Post

Disconnect all power to the machine before you service it. Note: Your machine may not match the image. For reference only. 1. Loosen and remove the Pedals. Note: T he Left Pedal is reverse-threaded. Orientation is based from a seated position on the bike. The Left Pedal has an "L", the Right Pedal an "R". (R) (L) 2.
