16. Tie the end of the string at the hole (H) in the Mast to the end of the Console Cable (F) on the new Servo Motor. Carefully pull the cable through the hole to the top of the Mast mount. Untie the string and discard it. 17. Replace any zipties that secured the Console Cable to the Frame. B H 18. Connect the Power Inlet cable (A1) from the Left Shroud to the wiring harness (B) of the Servo Motor. NOTICE: Do not pinch or cut the cables. 19. Reinstall the Console Mast and Top Shroud. Installation is the reverse procedure. NOTICE: Be sure not to pinch or cut any cables. 20. Turn the power on. by plugging in the machine. Machine is on. Current is active. There is risk of electrical shock. 21. Use the console to set the resistance to the highest level. Unplug the machine. Disconnect all power and allow to sit for 5 minutes. 22. If correctly calibrated, the Brake Magnet should be within 3.0 mm (1/8") of the Flywheel. If not, it will need to be adjusted. To adjust the Brake, loosen the 2 hex head bolts (L) and move the Servo Motor assembly (M) until the closest point on the Brake Magnet (D) is within 3.0 mm (1/8") of the Flywheel (C). Tighten the bolts. Note: If the cardboard is not 3mm (1/8") thick, you can use the pages of a paperback book to measure the gap. Approximately 36 pages (sheets) = 3mm. F C 90 A1 L M D

NOTICE:
Do not pinch or cut the cables.

Reinstall the Console Mast and Top Shroud. Installation is the
reverse procedure.

Turn the power on. by plugging in the machine.
Machine is on. Current is active. There is risk of electrical
shock.

Use the console to set the resistance to the highest level. Unplug the
machine.
Disconnect all power and allow to sit for 5 minutes.

If correctly calibrated, the Brake Magnet should be within 3.0 mm
(1/8”) of the Flywheel. If not, it will need to be adjusted. To adjust the
Brake, loosen the 2 hex head bolts (L) and move the Servo Motor as-
sembly (M) until the closest point on the Brake Magnet (D) is within 3.0
mm (1/8”) of the Flywheel (C). Tighten the bolts.
Note:
If the cardboard is not 3mm (1/8”) thick, you can use
the pages of a paperback book to measure the gap.
Approximately 36 pages (sheets) = 3mm.
