Menus z 4:3 Default functions only when the TV receives 480i or 480p signals. z If 4:3 Default is set to anything but Off, the Wide Mode setting changes only for the current channel. When you change channels (or inputs), Wide Mode is automatically replaced with the 4:3 Default setting. To retain the current Wide Mode setting as channels and inputs are changed, set 4:3 Default to Off. z All White function finishes automatically after 30 minutes. If image retention is still present, repeat the function again. z To cancel All White and return to normal viewing, press any button on the remote control. z Once image retention occurs, it may become less conspicuous over time but it will never completely disappear. (See page 1 for more information on Image Retention.) Zoom Select to enlarge the 4:3 picture horizontally and vertically to an equal aspect ratio that fills the 16:9 screen. Useful for watching Letterbox movies. Off Select to continue using the current Wide Screen Mode setting when the channel or input is changed. Overscan Normal Displays a standard size picture. +1/+2 Allows you to adjust the viewable area of the picture. Vertical Center Allows you to move the position of the picture up and down in the window. Available only in Wide Zoom and Zoom modes.
