Picture control adjustment Picture controls are factory preset but you can adjust them individually as follows: RECALL TV/DVD POWER 1 4 7 SLEEP INPUT SELECT 23 GAME 56 OPEN/CLOSE 89 CLOSED CAPTION MUTE 0 TOP MENU SUBTITLE AUDIO ANGLE SETUP/MENU DVD MENU CANCEL ZOOM/CH RTN 1 Press MENU in the TV mode. The TV menu screen will appear. 2 Press or until PICTURE menu appears. BRIGHTNESS 0 CONTRAST +32 COLOR 0 TINT 0 SHARPNESS 0 < > / / / /MENU 3 Press or to select the item you want to adjust. BRIGHTNESS 0 CONTRAST +32 COLOR 0 TINT 0 SHARPNESS 0 < > / / / /CANCEL/MENU CH + VOL - VOL + RETURN CH - ENTER REV SKIP PLAY STOP FWD PLAY MODE SKIP JUMP SLOW PAUSE SLOW REPEAT A-B 4 Press or to adjust the setting. BRIGHTNESS CONTRAST COLOR TINT SHARPNESS increase brightness increase contrast be brilliant color be reddish color makes picture clearer decrease brightness decrease contrast be pale color be greenish color makes picture softer 5 After your desired setting press MENU until the MENU screen is cleared. CANCEL Pressing CANCEL while making picture adjustments will return all adjustments to the factory preset levels. NOTE: The CONTRAST default setting is set to maximum at the factory. 22
