Permitted to use for public wireless access local networks on board aircraft during a flight at the altitude not less than 3000m. To remain in conformance with European spectrum usage laws for Wireless LAN operation, the above 2.4GHz and 5GHz channel limitations apply for outdoor usage. The user should use the wireless LAN utility to check the current channel of operation. If operation is occurring outside of the allowable frequencies for outdoor use, as listed above, the user must contact the applicable national spectrum regulator to request a license for outdoor operation. Restrictions for Use of 5470-5725MHz Frequencies in Europe
To remain in conformance with European spectrum usage laws for
Wireless LAN operation, the above 2.4GHz and 5GHz channel limitations
apply for outdoor usage. The user should use the wireless LAN utility to
check the current channel of operation. If operation is occurring outside of
the allowable frequencies for outdoor use, as listed above, the user must
contact the applicable national spectrum regulator to request a license for
outdoor operation.
