When roasting or cooking casseroles, put food in oven. You do not have to preheat the oven when roasting or cooking casseroles, unless your recipe recommends it. NOTE: To set your oven to cook in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit, press and hold CUSTOM BROIL for 5 seconds.
