When one or more doors are not tightly closed, the ''DOOR OPEN'' message will come on. When the tailgate is not tightly closed, the ''TAILGATE OPEN'' message will come on. When both tailgate and one or more doors are not tightly closed, the ''DOOR & TAILGATE OPEN'' message will come on. Your vehicle has a door and tailgate monitor on the multi-information display to indicate when a specific door or the tailgate is not tightly closed.
