If the transmitter does not work if you haveto or stand closer to your vehiclefor the transmitter to work, try this: 0 Operation The driver's door will unlock automatically when UNLOCK is pressed. If UNLOCK pressed again is within five seconds, the passenger's door will also unlock. All doors will lock when LOCKpressed. is The hatch will unlock when the button with the trunk symbol is pressed twice withinfive seconds, as long as the ignitionis turned to OFF.If the ignitionis on, the trunk button will only work the transmissionis in if PARK (P) for an automatic transmission, if the or parking brake is. on a manual transmission. set The system will turn on the interior lamps for about 40 seconds (or until the ignitionis turned to RUN), when you unlock the doors hatch. The interior or lamps willgo off when you lock the doors. Operating the keyless entry transmitter may interact with the Vehicle and Content Theft-DeterrendAlarm System (if you have this option).
