102 MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT WARNING Vehicle operation with insufficient engine oil can lock the front and rear wheels ( for "2WD": rear wheels) causing an accident and injury. Check engine oil level before operating vehicle and add oil if it is low. • Remove the engine oil drain plug. WARNING
Vehicle operation with insufficient engine

Oil and/or Oil Filter Change
•
Warm up the engine thoroughly, and then stop it.
•
Place an oil pan beneath the engine.
•
Release 5 bolts and remove the protective cover.

Remove the engine oil drain plug.
A. Drain Plug
•
Let the oil completely drain with the vehicle on
level ground.
WARNING
