130 MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT Fuel Tank Vent The fuel tank vent hoses must be routed as specified. The engine may stall or lose power if the fuel tank vent is plugged or if the vent hoses are pinched. Inspect the vent hose before driving and whenever the engine seems to lose power. If the fuel tank is full but the engine feels as if it is running out of fuel, check the vent hoses. Differential Shift Lever By pulling the differential shift lever rearward, the driving force of the front wheels equalizes providing more traction. Fuel Tank Vent
The fuel tank vent hoses must be routed as spec-
ified.
The engine may stall or lose power if the fuel tank
vent is plugged or if the vent hoses are pinched.
Inspect the vent hose before driving and whenever
the engine seems to lose power. If the fuel tank is
full but the engine feels as if it is running out of fuel,
check the vent hoses.
