MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT 137 Headlight Beam Battery The battery is located in back of radiator. • The headlight beams can be adjusted vertically. Turn the adjusting screw at the back of the each headlight rim in or out to adjust the headlight vertically. DANGER Battery contains sulfuric acid and produces hydrogen gas. Sulfuric acid can cause burns and hydrogen gas can cause an explosion. Read and heed the battery safety label. Battery Removal • • • j Open the front hood for access. Slide the rubber caps. Headlight Beam
The headlight beams can be adjusted vertically.

Turn the adjusting screw at the back of the each
headlight rim in or out to adjust the headlight ver-
tically.

Battery
The battery is located in back of radiator.
DANGER
