REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER SWITCH Outside mirror defogger (if so equipped) The outside mirrors will be defogged when the rear window defogger switch is pushed. INSTRUMENT BRIGHTNESS CONTROL SIC0593 SIC0052 To defog the rear window glass, start the engine and push the switch on. (The indicator light will come on.) Push the switch again to turn the defogger off. It will automatically turn off in approximately 15 minutes. If the window clears before this time, push the switch off manually. The instrument brightness control operates when the light switch is in the " " or " " position. Turn the control to adjust the brightness of the instrument panel lights. When cleaning the inner side of the window, be careful not to scratch or damage the electrical conductors. 1-18
