Preparing the terminal Preparing the terminal = On/Off duty The terminal must be turned on to receive calls. Note: As an option, calls to the individual operator number can be received even if the terminal is turned off, if required contact your system administrator. OFF DUTY appears on the top row of the display if the terminal is turned off. NIGHT SERV appears on the top row of the display if the terminal is in Night Service mode. To turn the terminal on or switch it to Day Service: Press. (To turn the terminal off press the key again.)
