Incoming Calls Absence information (Message Diversion) Absence information for an extension can be activated either from the operator terminal or at the telephone. When a called extension has activated an absence information and the call is diverted to the terminal, a single tone is heard. ê Ò < Clear Display examples: Diverted external call to extension 206.
