Extending Extending This chapter describes how to extend calls to extensions, operators, paging units and external lines. z ê Free extension To transfer a call displayed on the left side to an extension. Dial the extension number. The right side of the display shows EXTENSION FREE and the called extension's number and name. Press to extend the call. The call is extended and the terminal is cleared. To transfer a call displayed on the left side to an extension.

The right side of the display shows
EXTENSION FREE
