RECIPES Program Setting: 1 (White) WHITE BREAD, 3-lb. loaf 2 cups water (80 to 90°F) 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, cut into pieces 2¼ tsp. salt 4 tbsp. dry milk powder 1 tbsp. sugar 5½ cups bread flour 1¼ tsp. bread machine yeast 1.
