Improve sound quality for all calls You can only change sound quality for the earpiece on your BlackBerry® device. 1. In the phone, click the trackwheel. 2. Click Options. 3. Click General Options. 4. Change the Enhance Call Audio field. 5. Click the trackwheel. 6. Click Save. Voice mail Check your voice mail Verify that you have a voice mail access number. Depending on your theme, you might be able to check your voice mail from the Home screen. 1. In the phone, click the trackwheel. 2. Click Call Voice Mail. Change the voice mail access number If a voice mail access number is not already set on your BlackBerry® device, you can type the access number for a different voice mail system. If you have more than one phone number associated with your device, you can only set the voice mail access number for the active phone number. 1. In the phone, click the trackwheel. 2.
