Printer jam or paper jam Remove the jammed paper depending on where it is jammed in the machine. Paper is jammed inside the paper tray 1 Pull the paper tray out of the machine. Paper Tray 2 Slowly pull out the jammed paper to remove it. Jammed paper 12 - 6 TROUBLESHOOTING AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
