Chapter 1 Beep Volume 1 When the beep is on, the machine will make a sound when you press the Touchscreen or Touchpanel, make a mistake, or after you send or receive a fax. You can choose a range of sound volume levels, from High to Off. a Press (Settings). b Press All Settings. c Press a or b to display General Setup. d Press General Setup. e Press a or b to display Volume. f Press Volume. g Press Beep. h Press a or b to display Low, Med, High or Off, and then press the option you want. i Press .
