Cannot Print Properly with Automatic Duplex Printing Check1 Is the setting for automatic duplex printing selected? Make sure that the Two-Sided check box is selected on the Print dialog. Duplex Printing Check2 Make sure that the actual size of the paper is suitable for automatic duplex printing. The sizes of media suitable for automatic duplex printing are A4 and Letter. Load paper of suitable size, then tap OK on the touch screen. Check3 Make sure that the paper size setting is correct.
