Cannot Print/Scan from NFC Compliant Device Check1 Are the NFC compliant device and the machine connected to the same network? Make sure that the NFC compliant device and the machine are connected to the same network. If not, change the network setting so that the NFC compliant device and the machine are connected to the same network. Check2 Is PIXMA Printing Solutions installed in the NFC compliant device? When you print or scan from a NFC compliant device, install PIXMA Printing Solutions in the NFC compliant device and operate from the device. Check3 Are you touching the NFC compliant device to the machine properly? When you touch a NFC compliant device to the machine, make sure that you touch the device to the NFC port on the machine properly. Check4 Is the NFC function of the NFC compliant device enabled? Confirm the setting of the NFC compliant device and enable the NFC function of the device. 643
